Weekly Wishes #5 from #EatSleepMarket

Rise and shine! It’s Tuesday, friends 🙂 I’m pleased to report that last week’s wishes were ROCKED. It’s amazing the improved outlook I have gained since joining Melyssa’s linkup. Thank you, girl. Looking forward to this week…

lastweekwishes
+stay strong on that morning wake-up call. DONE

+load up my Kindle with awesomeness. DID IT. I actually added quite a few that I’m really excited to dive into in the next couple of weeks!

+revisit my intentions and throw-aways. DONE & DONE. This was really important for me. I’m noticing where I need to work harder and what I need more of in order for me to be the best me I can be. {Cheese, much? Whatever.}

Weekly Wishes :: #EatSleepMarket

+continue to keep that wake-up call. This is so important to me, and some days are just hard. I mean, HARD. That alarm sounds and it’s like “STOP IT. No. Not me. Pick someone else!” I’m in my frosh college intro to philosophy class allllll over again.  But the minute I can just get out of the oh-so-comfy covers, tear myself away from the hubbs and begin my day, I feel so much better. It’s worth it.

+fruit it up. Just adding one more piece a day 🙂

+homemade meals all week. Fridays are the hardest. Let’s just see if we can do this.

    Love these wishes! I jumped in on Weekly Wishes recently too and this week is #6. It really does help focus in on what I really want to do each week and then do it! I’m with you on the early wake up call. I’ve been trying that the last few weeks too and it’s hard, but effective! Good luck with all the cooking! Happy Tuesday!

      Thanks, Jenn 🙂 Yes, that early wake up call is difficult. It was a hard one today, but I did it and got my butt in gear. Good luck with your wake up calls this week!!

    I love how writing these types of things DOES affect your actual life. My “the positives” linkup is still pretty small each week, but I feel more optimistic since I’ve started it and hardly have days where I just want to lay in bed and pity myself lol

      If I could “like” that comment, I would. Ha. Totally. I have been meaning to check out your “the positives”. I’ll be sure to swing by 🙂 Love this!

    Good job on accomplishing your goals last week! Cooking homemade is hard for me ALL week. Jason is in the military so I make a lot of kid friendly meals around here like chicken nuggets,corn, and applesauce. Like something they would serve my kids in school. Lol. I usually fix myself something different though.

      Oh, I know that feeling. I’m totally guilty of the school lunch. {And she loves it so of course that makes it more difficult.} I’m doing really good so far this week, and I’m surprising myself. My hardest day is going to be Thursday or Friday. Love me a pinterest recipe though.

    My Mom got me a kindle when I graduated but it’s so neglected. I really need to take it out and load some books on there and utilize my time on the subway each morning more wisely!

      Definitely. There are some real gems on there for $0 and what better way to enjoy the morning rush hour 🙂 I’ve snagged a few from that Buzzfeed list as well. Good recommendations come from that list. check it out!
