I’m an ice cream fanatic. I. Adore. It. I don’t care if it’s -20° Fahrenheit. I will absolutely be that fool enjoying a frozen treat. And once I saw that Pinterest recipe floating around … you know, the one that is a super fast strawberry frozen yogurt recipe … I knew it would be the perfect thing to try with my main gal.
The recipe did not disappoint. It was quick and delicious.
I found the recipe here, but here is the summary:
- 4 cups frozen strawberries
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Add all ingredients to a food processor and process until smooth. You can serve it right away or store in freezer. It can last in the freezer for a bit – but in this house, it didn’t last very long.
