Dear Digital Marketing…

As a digital marketer, I see things change on a daily basis. Sometimes it feels more like trends alter moment to moment, and it can sometimes be hard to keep up. But that does not change the core values that I observe and truly believe in as a digital marketer. If I don’t, then accountability and ROI can go right out the window. So, although analytic updates may occur, the Google machine pulls a fast one on us, or a new social media platform pops up, I have a few principles that will remain steadfast and true. Consider these my vows to an industry that I adore and those clients that depend on this dedication! 🙂

I vow to submerge myself in new technology.

I vow to keep the user-experience a priority.

I vow to aim to increase conversions.

I vow to develop a strategy that is understood by the team.

I vow to consider all possible solutions – failure isn’t an option.

I vow to understand all sides of the discussion.

I vow to revisit.

I vow to provide tracking and reporting – the good, bad, and the ugly.

I vow to use the reporting to improve upon the strategy.

I vow to consider all avenues and optimize those that are selected/needed.

I vow to share this knowledge.
